in mid/late Sept. I haven't heard of Hanging Canyon, but will do some research on it. I'm 58, overweight & new to hiking so I think I need to start out slowly. We do plan to hike Mt. Washburn in YNP before we get to the Tetons. Any info on whitewater/float trips in the Tetons? This site gets me sooo excited about going back to YNP area. Love the pictures.
